Hayes County Livestock Judging Contest to be held May 14

Southwest Nebraska residents of all ages are invited to participate in the Hayes County Livestock Judging Contest to be held on May 14 at the Hayes County Fairgrounds in Hayes Center, Neb. The evening begins with registration from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.; judging will begin at 5:30 p.m.
The contest will include six classes of beef, sheep and horse. Ten ribbon placings will be awarded in each of the four age divisions--Junior, Intermediate, Senior and Adult, as well as a trophy for the high point judge in each age division. Pre-4-Hers will receive participation ribbons.
The contest is co-sponsored by the Hayes County 4-H Council and the Hayes Center FFA Chapter.
