Farmers enter wheat for prizes, cash at Ellis County Fair

Wheat farmers don't miss out on entering your wheat into the Ellis County Fair Open Class Market Wheat Show, entry deadline July 8.

Cash and ribbons will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners at the Ellis County Fair Market Wheat Show. All you have to do is submit a wheat sample right off of the truck at any of the Coop elevators in the county and fill out a crop data card (bags and cards available at all elevators) submitted with the wheat sample by the entry deadline of July 8 and your wheat will be picked up and entered into the Open Class Market Wheat Show at the Ellis County Fair.
