Burrows full of accommodating luxury

Brickwork, quoins, cut stone arches over the windows along with the harmonizing brick arches on the three-car garage begin the majestic theme of the Burrows (405-16). The accommodating luxury within, including a spa room for lounging and an office for working, afford many outstanding features to be shared with family and guests alike. A large lot or acreage is needed to contain this home of 3,453 square feet.

An arched transom window above double doors opens into the entry, where windows look into a bright skylight filled spa room. On the left lies a half bath and an office, while on the right, the living room is separated from the main traffic flow by a hallway.

The first opening in the hall leads into the kitchen and family room. The L-shaped kitchen offers restaurant style extras like a mixing center, secondary sink, and walk-in pantry. The eating bar makes an informal transition into the family room. Patio doors lead to the separate decks. At the back of the spacious family room, a corner bay window, and an angled fireplace emit both light and warmth.

Across the hall from the kitchen is the dining room. Its location allows a formal touch, away from the food preparation, as well as an unobstructed view of the fireplace from the table. The adjacent living room makes this area perfect for entertaining guests or clients.

Further down the hall are two large bedrooms with walk-in closets, sharing a common full bath. Across the hall is a utility room with a deep sink, folding center, and linen storage. Near the garage entry, a generous guest suite with outside access also includes a full bath and walk-in closet.

At the opposite end of the home, a luxurious master suite welcomes each morning and night with all the finest amenities. This private domain has room for exercise equipment as well as a king size bed. Entering the master bath, a skylight brightens up the double sink vanity area, as well as the deep walk-in closet. Up two steps, the clover shaped tub glows with dispersed light from glass block near the ceiling.
