Western Farm Show holds something for everyone

The 2009 Western Farm Show on Feb. 20 to 22 features equipment and exhibitors to draw interest from everyone from large crop and livestock farmers to rural landowners interested in learning more.

Held at the American Royal Complex in Kansas City, Mo., the Western Farm Show is the Midwest's premier indoor farm show. It highlights the latest in farm and livestock equipment and resources ranging from large farm equipment and implements to compact tractors and equipment, so there is really something for everyone.

More than 500 exhibitors will be displaying equipment, tools, seed, feed, buildings, chemicals and irrigation systems. You'll also see a variety of crafts in the Family Living Center and many resources to help the entire family in the Heath and Safety Roundup.

This year is the 48th annual Western Farm Show, and the doors open at 9 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 20. The hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.
