Monsanto producer information meeting set for Elk City

Monsanto's Delta & Pine Land, Dekalb and Asgrow seed companies and the Texas Corn Producers Board will be hosting an agricultural producer information meeting Jan. 22 in Elk City, Okla.

Producers will hear about issues affecting corn production, hybrid selection, and cotton production and varieties from Monsanto representatives. TCPB Executive Director David Gibson will also be on hand to discuss other issues affecting the region's corn production.

The program will begin at 10 a.m., at the Gathering Place (916 South Main St.), and will conclude with a free catered lunch. For more information, call 800-647-2676 or 806-922-3643.
