New Mexico

Thelma Jo Riddle, a 4-H leader for 20 years in Quay County, was selected as the New Mexico recipient of the 2009 Salute to Excellence Award.

This award recognizes 4-H volunteers who demonstrate exemplary service to 4-H while promoting service through volunteerism, as both an opportunity and a privilege.
