Educator joins Park County extensionWyoming A community development educator will join the Park County University of Wyoming Cooperative Extension Service office July 28. Tara Kuipers will be based in Park County and serve Big Horn, Fremont, Hot Springs, Park and Washakie counties. For the past three years, Kuipers has been director of Gage County Multiple Agencies Partnering for Success Coalition in Beatrice, Neb. She served as Leadership Beatrice Program chair for the Beatrice Area Chamber of Commerce and is a trained mediator and facilitator for the Resolution Center in Beatrice.¬ "Tara brings an excellent academic background, and her work experience with MAPS in Nebraska will be an asset to her role as an area educator," said Susan James, federal relations and staff development coordinator with UW CES. Kuipers received a master's in education with emphasis in counseling and student affairs in higher education from the University of Wyoming in 2002 and a bachelor's degree in human development and family studies from South Dakota State University in 2000.
