Flame Engineering, Inc. celebrates 50 years with the introduction of new torch kit

In 1959, Ralph Pivonka and his son Mike started manufacturing the first Red Dragon Torch Kits in LaCrosse, Kan., for local farmers and ranchers. That humble start in a garage has now grown into Flame Engineering. Inc.--a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility making torch kits and a wide variety of quality propane products.

To celebrate 50 years of the original Red Dragon Torch Kit, Flame Engineering, Inc., is proud to introduce the newest member of its extensive line of torch kits. The new Mini Dragon is the perfect torch kit for smaller jobs around the home and garden when the power and larger flame of our other torch kits isn't required. It uses disposable propane cylinders and is lightweight and easy to maneuver. The pin-point flame is perfect for spot weeding and other small jobs. Available now at the introductory retail price of $550.
