Apache livestock sales reportStockman's Livestock Inc., Apache, Okla., reported receipts of 2,330 head Aug. 28, compared to 750 head last week and 1,730 head last year, according to the USDA-Oklahoma Department of Agriculture Market News, Oklahoma City, Okla. Compared to last week, feeder steers and feeder heifers were steady to $1 lower. Steer and heifer calves were steady to $2 lower. Demand was moderate to good. The supply included 71% over 600 pounds and 45% heifers.
