Texhoma livestock salesThe Texhoma Livestock Auction, Texhoma, Okla., reported receipts of 536 head Sept. 10, compared to 100 head last week and 1,150 head last year, according to the USDA to Oklahoma Department of Agriculture Market News, Oklahoma City, Okla. No recent sales to test trends. Demand was good for all classes. Fill was average. The supply included 45% steers, 53% heifers with 40% over 600 pounds. A total of 80 cows and bulls sold with 60% going to packers.
