Special features flatter Santa FeThe tiled room along with stucco sides flatter this southwestern styled home and make the Sante Fe (D6803) extremely eye appealing. The arched covered courtyard at the entrance as well as the open courtyard next to the garage has the traditional look of the Old Spanish missions. The Sante Fe has 1,970 square feet of living area on the first floor and a full-unfinished basement waiting to be used. The foyer is tiled and open. To the right through an archway is the dining room. It has 11 foot coffered ceilings. The stairs to the basement are between the dining area and the great room. A linen closet is also in the hall. Each room has its own wall closet. If bedroom two is used as a den instead of a bedroom, the door can be changed to open off the great room, using two beautiful French doors. As the front of the Sante Fe has a courtyard, so does the back. It has a hot tub in the rear corner with arched transoms spaced throughout the wall.
