Faith livestock sales reportThe Faith Livestock Commission Co., Faith, S.D., reported receipts of 6,756 head Oct. 20, compared to 1,991 head last week and 5,212 head last year, according to the USDA-South Dakota Department of Agriculture Market News, Sioux Falls, S.D. The supply consisted of approximately 3% slaughter cows and bulls, 97% feeder cattle. The feeder supply consisted of 62% steers, 38% heifers, with 20% weighing over 600 pounds.
