Ada livestock sales reportThe Southern Oklahoma Livestock Auction, Ada, Okla., reported receipts of 1,050 head Oct. 15, compared to 1,250 head last week and 1,600 head last year, according to the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture-USDA Market News, Oklahoma City, Okla. Compared to last week, feeder steers and heifers were steady to $3 lower. Quality and weigh-ups were average. Flesh conditions were medium to fleshy. The supply included 39% over 600 pounds and 42% heifers.
