Pratt 3 p.m. cattle sale

The Pratt Livestock Auction, Pratt, Kan., Oct. 16, reported estimated receipts of 500 head as of 3 p.m., according to the Kansas Department of Agriculture-USDA Market News, Dodge City, Kan.

Compared with last week, Steers and heifers, not enough for a market test with higher undertone noted.

Feeder steers: Medium and large frame 1, 23 head, 767 lbs., 96.60; 45 head, 835 lbs., 96.85; 48 head, 881 lbs., 95.75; 61 head, 932 lbs., 94.00.

Feeder heifers: Medium and large frame 1 and 2, 9 head, 392 lbs., 96.00; 9 head, 649 lbs., 86.50; 9 head, 738 lbs., 81.00.
