Apache livestock sales reportStockman's Livestock Inc., Apache, Okla., reported receipts of 1,471 head Oct. 9, compared to 2,080 head last week and 2,421 head last year, according to the USDA-Oklahoma Department of Agriculture Market News, Oklahoma City, Okla. Compared to last week, feeder steers and heifers were steady to $1 lower. Steer and heifer calves were steady to $1 lower. Demand was moderate. The supply included 75% over 600 pounds and 38% heifers.
