Deer Valley Farm donates flush to Limousin Corner Post PackageDeer Valley Farm of Fayetteville, Tenn., has donated a flush for the third annual Corner Post Genetics Package, which will sell during the National Western Stock Show in Denver, Colo. The Corner Post Genetics Package will be part of the "Genetics on Ice" benefit auction, which will follow the North American Limousin Foundation member social. The social begins at 6 p.m., Jan. 11, 2009, at the Doubletree Hotel Denver. All proceeds from the package will benefit the Corner Post Fund, which will facilitate additional activities and scholarships for Limousin juniors. The flush of 10 embryos will come with five guaranteed pregnancies. The buyer will be able to choose one of five elite Angus donor cows the farm is offering to flush to any available Limousin or Lim-Flex artificial-insemination sire. Those cows are Thomas Lady 3766, EXAR Blackbird 5002, Three Trees Blackcap 5575, Ankony Miss Christy 8300 and EXAR Blackbird 5783.
