Apache cattle sales reportStockman's Livestock, Inc., Apache, Okla., reported receipts of 2,807 head May 15, compared to 1,703 last week and 3,500 last year, according to the USDA-Oklahoma Department of Agriculture Market News, Oklahoma City, Okla. Compared to last week feeder steers and heifers were $1 to $2 higher, with those at 900 pounds selling $1 to $3 higher. Steer and heifer calves were $1 to $2 higher. Demand was moderate to good. Receipts consisted of 78 percent over 600 pounds and 44 percent heifers.
