Pequea Fluffer Tedders

FLUFFER TEDDERS--Pequea, New Holland, Pa., now offers the Model 710 and Model 910 Pequea Fluffer Tedders. The units, in seven- and nine-foot models, allow farmers to ted a swath or break up a windrow by gently lifting hay straight up, letting it separate and fall back down onto the stubble. This accelerates drying time because air can move through the fluffed windrow and still save the feed value of the hay. It saves time and excessive crop damage from re-raking hay. Each features a simple cam adjustment lever to change the aggressiveness of the tedding to match drying conditions. Their rubber mounted tines promote gentler tedding, picking up a minimal amount of stones. For more information, call 866-684-0393, or visit www.pequea.com.
