St. Joseph feeder pigs

The St. Joseph feeder pig auction, St. Joseph, Mo., reported receipts of 10 head May 6, compared to 65 head last week and 389 head last year, according to the USDA-Missouri Department of Agriculture Market News, St. Joseph, Mo.

Compared to last week, feeder pigs were not well tested with most producers scrambling to plant corn before wet weather returns. Prices paid per head on actual weights.
