TREE TRIMMING--C&C Adventures, Inc., Stratford, Okla., introduces the Limbhog, a new tree trimming attachment that mounts to a front-end loader of a tractor, skid loader or backhoe. The commercial grade chainsaw slides easily into a receiver on the front-end loader and works off the tractor's auxiliary hydraulics. The unit comes with an 8-foot mast and reduces the risk of injury by eliminating the need for ladders, ropes and standing in the bucket of a tractor to reach limbs. Cut limbs fall in front of the loader, while users sit safely in a tractor seat. The Limbhog runs at 5,000 RPM and cuts up to 5-inch diameter limbs in one second.
