NALF recognizes Kusel LimousinOklahoma To celebrate its 40th-anniversary year, the North American Limousin Foundation continues to give special recognition to longtime members. In total, NALF has presented certificates of recognition to 127 enterprises for distinguished service to the Limousin breed through 30 or more years of active membership. That number includes Kusel Limousin Ranch, Fort Cobb, Okla., which joined NALF in August 1975. The North American Limousin Foundation (www.nalf.org), headquartered in Centennial, Colo., provides programs and services--including genetic evaluation of 5,000 active sires--to more than 4,000 members and their commercial customers. The Limousin breed and its Lim-Flex hybrid lead the beef industry in muscle-growth efficiency and ideally complement British breeds. 3/31/08 Date: 3/27/08 Advertisement
