Averages:

70 Bulls sold;

2-year-old bulls, $3,187;

Yearlings, $2,724;

374 Bulls leased;

2-year-old bulls, $1,247;

Yearlings, $1,035.

The top selling bulls were led by Lot 315, KCR Lutton U896, a Feb. 4, 2007, son of Exar Lutton 1831, which sold for $6,000 to Hutson Angus Farm, Elk City, Okla.

Lot 9, PMB Objective 688C, a Sept. 4, 2006, son of SS Objective T510 OT26, sold for $5,700 to Steven Tracy, Eaton, Colo.

The top leasing bulls were led by Lot 19, PMB New Design 1407 688A, a March 10, 2006, son of Bon View New Design 1407, which leased for $2,550 to Bob McConville, Indianola, Neb. This bull had been the top leased bull in 2007, as well.

Lot 202, M/M Focus 255-978, a Jan. 10, 2007, son of Mytty In Focus, leased for $2,100 to Don and Carolyn McCasland, Lemoyne, Neb. Lot 201, M/M Focus 239-983, a Jan. 29, 2007, son of Mytty In Focus was also leased to Don and Carolyn McCasland

Lot 203, Silver Plume New Design 6656, a Dec. 4, 2006, son of Bon View New Design 1407, leased for $2,000 to Martin Nold, Gettysburg, S.D.

Bulls sold to 10 states--Rod Swafford.

62 Balancer bulls, $3,050;

28 Balancer heifers, $1,084.

There was a total of 62 thick, moderate-framed balancer bulls and 28 yearling Balancer heifers in the offering.

The top selling bull was Lot 24, a New Frontier 095 son that brought $5,000 and sold to Bill Farr, Farnam, Neb. Lot 15 sold for $4,400 and was also purchased by Farnam.

Dienes Farms, Ravenna, Neb., purchased Lot 70, a Titus 880K son for $4,500.

Lot 47, an 8180 Traveler son, brought $4,400, and was sold to Clark Nelson, Funk, Neb.--Rod Swafford.

The high selling Angus bulls were led by Lot 14, EXAR TITLEIST T011, a January 2007 son of BR MIDLAND, for one-half possession, sold to a syndicate of breeders for $125,000.

Lot 26, BASIN EXPEDITION 304T, a February 2007 son of BASIN EXPEDITION 768J, for two-thirds interest, sold to A Cross Ranch, Hennessey, Okla., for $35,000.

Lot 2, EXAR TREASURY 7596, a January 2007 son of GARDENS PRIME STAR, for three-quarter interest, sold to Basin Angus Ranch and Rollin Rock Ranch, for $25,000.

The high selling Limousin bulls were led by Lot 501, EXLR TOTAL IMPACT 054T, a February 2007 son of LESF ASPHALT 9N, which sold to Impact Syndicate, for $42,500.

Lot 502, EXLR TOTAL CONTROL 065T sold to Highland Stock Farms, Olds, Ala., for $14,500.

The top selling Angus female was Lot 701, EXAR MISS PRECISION 1916, which sold to 7-L Farms, Wiggins, Miss., for $3,500--Ken Rockenbach.

Averages:

2-year-old bulls, $3,416;

Fall bulls, $4,193;

Spring bulls, $2,457;

All bulls, $2,808;

Bred heifers, $1,600;

Open heifers, $1,142.

The sale was led by Littlerobe Right Time 806, which sold to Ron Brown of McLean, Texas for $7,750.

The high selling bred heifer, Littlerobe Miss Design 856, was purchased by Alvin Lisle of White Deer, Texas for $1,700.

R.J. Hollon, Woodward, Okla., purchased the high selling open heifer, Littlerobe Miss Design 157, for $1,700. Hollon was the volume buyer of the day.--Ken Rockenbach.
