Deere dealerships mergeHutchinson, Kan.--Deer Trail Implement, Inc., Conrady Western, and Pankratz Implement are merging together to form PrairieLand Partners. This will be a strong business set to meet the challenges of the future and provide greater service and more opportunities to customers and employees. PrairieLand Partners will serve all customer segments in Central Kansas with larger selections of equipment, greater access to parts inventory, increased technology support, and the most qualified service support available in the industry today. The merger of the three John Deere Implement organizations began Feb. 2. The combined entity will have stores located in McPherson, Marion, Emporia, Hutchinson, Anthony, Winfield and two locations in Wichita, Kan. In addition, a corporate support center will be located in Hutchinson. PrairieLand Partners will employee over 200 individuals in Central Kansas. "This merger provides all of us with a better opportunity to deliver unsurpassed support for all customers in the areas we serve. We feel this partnership will benefit our customers as well as our employees," said Doug Neufeld, chief executive officer of PrairieLand Partners. PrairieLand Partners will be one of the largest John Deere dealerships in the central U.S. region. Headquartered in Hutchinson, Kansas, PrairieLand Partners is focused on helping its customers achieve long-term success by partnering with them to achieve optimum business profitability and efficiency. The company will provide sales and service for all John Deere agricultural products lines, John Deere commercial and consumer equipment, and John Deere commercial worksite products (skid steers). PrairieLand Partners will also be the John Deere Commercial (sprayer) Application Dealership for the entire eastern half of Kansas.
