Ada livestock sale notesThe Southern Oklahoma Livestock Auction, Ada, Okla., reported receipts of 1,275 head Feb. 27, compared to 1,520 head last week and 1,380 head last year, according to the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture-USDA Market News, Oklahoma City, Okla. Compared to last week, feeder steers and heifers were steady to $2 higher. Demand was good on all classes. Quality was average to attractive. Weigh-ups were average. Flesh conditions were medium to fleshy. The supply included 42% heifers and 43% over 600 pounds.
