Nebraska Beef Council to host the 2nd annual Ultimate Beef BowlNebraska Now is the time to enter your family in the 2nd Annual Ultimate Beef Bowl competition and test your knowledge of beef in the areas of cooking, nutrition, production and by-products. This competition will be a mix of Jeopardy and Family Feud but the "steaks" are high--literally. Teams of four family members are welcome to apply with the most creative entries being chosen to play the game and possibly win. It's the Ultimate Beef Bowl to test your knowledge about Beef. Your family could win one of the following prizes: A MHP Deluxe Heritage Series Gas Grill, a Tailgate Grill, or a Kansas City Getaway weekend including 2-night stay, attraction tickets and a steak dinner. Simply enter your family by Aug. 1 to participate in this fun contest to be held Aug. 24 at the Nebraska State Fair. Applications will be accepted via e-mail or regular mail.
