Dunlap feeder cattle saleThe Dunlap Livestock Auction, Dunlap, Iowa, reported receipts of 1,968 head June 13, compared to 1,802 head last year, according to the Iowa Department of Agriculture-USDA Market News, Des Moines, Iowa. This was a special feeder cattle sale. All the rain and a 90-cent raise in the cash corn market for the week had the feeder cattle trading fully steady to three weeks ago. There was a small crowd on hand. Demand was good. Receipts included 43% steers and 57% heifers with 75% feeder cattle over 600 pounds.
