Pratt 3 p.m. cattle sales

The Pratt Livestock Auction, Pratt, Kan., reported estimated receipts of 3,000 head May 29, according to the Kansas Department of Agriculture to USDA Market News, Dodge City, Kan.

Compared with last week, steers 800 to 1000 pounds and heifers 600 to 900 pounds were steady to $1 higher, steers 300 to 800 pounds and heifers 300 to 600 pounds not established as of 3 p.m.

Feeder steers: Medium and large frame 1, 800 to 850 lbs., 111.50 to 112.25; 850 to 900 lbs., 107.25 to 109.50; 900 to 950 lbs., 103.10 to 106.35; 950 to 1000 lbs., 101.60 to 103.25.

Feeder heifers: Medium and large frame 1, 20 head 608 lbs., 109.00; 650 to 700 lbs., 108.00 to 109.25; 700 to 750 lbs., 107.85 to 108.50; 750 to 800 lbs., 105.00 to 106.75; 800 to 850 lbs., 102.35 to 104.25; 65 head 852 lbs., 103.60; 35 head 934 lbs., 98.75; 19 head 967 lbs., 94.00.
