Clovis livestock sales report

The Clovis Livestock Auction Co., Clovis, N.M., reported estimated receipts of 1,750 head June 11, according to the USDA-New Mexico Market NEWs, Clovis, N.M.

Compared to last week, feeder steers and heifers were $1 to $3 lower.

Steers: Medium and large frame 1, few 270 to 285 lbs., 134.00 to 136.00; package 477 lbs., weaned 123.50; 500 to 600 lbs., 114.00 to 116.50; 600 to 700 lbs., 109.00 to 114.00; 700 to 800 lbs., 107.00 to 108.00; package 825 lbs., 101.00. Medium and large frame 1 to 2, 200 to 300 lbs., 137.50 to 139.00; 300 to 400 lbs., 125.00 to 130.00, weaned 135.00 to 140.00; 400 to 500 lbs., 116.00 to 120.00, weaned 127.00 to 136.00; 500 to 600 lbs., 114.50 to 119.50; 600 to 700 lbs., 110.00 to 115.00; package 773 lbs., 107.00; package 815 lbs., 101.00. Medium and large frame 2, package 427 to 483 lbs., 118.00; package 543 lbs., 115.00; package 880 lbs., 97.00.

Heifers: Medium and large frame 1, 200 to 300 lbs., 109.00 to 115.00; 300 to 400 lbs., 108.50 to 112.50; 400 to 500 lbs., 101.00 to 108.00; 500 to 600 lbs., 102.50 to 105.00; package 600 lbs., 104.00; package 730 lbs., 98.50.
