Your eyes and earsThis past week, High Plains Journal and Midwest Ag Journal editors began our coverage of national meetings. First on the menu was Beltwide Cotton Conferences. As I write this, Jennifer Latzke is in Nashville attending meetings and sending in regular updates to our website. One of the benefits of technology is there's no need to wait for news. She's done an excellent job of covering the hot topics and discussions of cotton growers at their annual meeting. For the first time, we will also be offering audio clips. Now you can hear important parts of the meeting for yourself. More in-depth coverage will appear in the paper later this month. You get the best of both worlds--fast, quick and up-to-date news from the conferences, and in-depth stories. You can check out industry news if you have a minute at your computer or when you get the Journal in your mailbox.
