Clovis cattle sales report

The Clovis Livestock Auction Co., Clovis, N.M., reported estimated receipts of 2,200 head Jan. 9, according to the USDA-New Mexico Department of Agriculture Market News, Clovis, N.M.

Compared to last month, Holstein specials were $10 lower on load lots.

Steers: Large frame 3, Holsteins, packages 212 to 262 lbs., 87.00 to 88.00; few 300 to 400 lbs., 79.00 to 84.50; packagess 447 to 462 lbs., 78.50 to 80.00; load lots 517 to 536 lbs., 80.35, small lots 74.00 to 74.25; lot 664 lbs., 75.00; package 868 lbs., 67.00.
