"We're calling this the 'last chance' training, because this will be the last time our office will be offering continuing education units before the Feb. 28 deadline," Sturtz said. "All Texas Department of Agriculture private applicator license holders are required to complete 15 hours of continuing education units during the five years their licenses are valid." "If your license expires and you don't have all the continuing education hours needed, then you have to find other training opportunities elsewhere and pay a renewal penalty. So here is a chance to get five of those CEUs you need," Sturtz said. 2/4/08 Date: 1/31/08
