LARGE SQUARE BALER--Massey Ferguson introduces the Hesston Series Model 2150 large square baler for building 3 x 3 bales. The baler incorporates new features, including higher grade steel for longer life and increased flywheel weight for greater plunger inertia. New slip clutches are engineered with five discs instead of four for longer slip clutch life. Most sleeves have been replaced with sealed bearings and roller ball bearings replaced with tapered roller bearings for fewer lube points and extended lubrication intervals. A lower profile 4-bar pickup bar retains more hay leaves and a torsion bar flotation system eliminates crop catching and trash collecting springs.
