Stock trailer to be given away

New Mexico

A 16-foot stock trailer will be given away at the 2008 New Mexico Ag Expo which will be held Feb. 26 and 27 at the Roosevelt County Fairgrounds. To register for the drawing, merely attend this year's show and visit vendors.

Tickets to enter the trailer giveaway may be obtained at the gate. Visitors must take the tickets to designated booths in each building and have them punched. They will then be dropped into ballot boxes located throughout the fairgrounds. There is no admission to the Expo.

To be eligible to win the trailer, entrants must be at least 18 years old. The winner must agree to possess the trailer for a specific amount of time and must agree to leave the sponsor logos on the trailer for 10 years.

Major sponsors for this year's Ag Expo are Farmer's Paxton Insurance Agency and Plateau Wireless.

For more information, call the Roosevelt County Chamber of Commerce at 575-356-8541 or 800-635-8036, or e-mail the Expo at chamber@portales.com. You can also check out the Ag Expo website at www.nmagexpo.com.
