Georgia livestock sales summaryThe summary of Georgia cattle auctions for the week ending July 25, totaled 10,576 head, compared to 11,797 head last week and 11,980 head last year, according to the USDA-Georgia Department of Agriculture Market News, Thomasville, Ga. Compared to last week, slaughter cows were steady to $2 lower, bulls were steady to $1 lower, feeder steers and heifers were steady to $2 higher, steer calves and heifer calves were $1 to $2 higher, replacement cows were steady to $3 higher.
