ASFMRA to hold Ag Pro Outlook in San AntonioThe American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers announces Ag Pro Outlook and their 79th Annual Meeting November 11 to 14 at the Marriott Rivercenter in San Antonio, Texas. Industry leaders from around the United States are expected to attend this national conference representing the world's most highly trained and advanced agricultural professionals. Conference attendees will have the opportunity to hear keynote speaker Dr. David Kohl on the Changing Face of Agriculture and Rural Landscape. In addition, a wide variety of program sessions will be offered on topics including Commodity Price Trends, Renewable Fuels and Meeting Global Demand for Grain. This year's conference also features the back-by-popular demand Trade Show and Ag Innovations Session, promoting the latest products and services available in the agribusiness marketplace. According to meeting chair Jerry Warner, AFM, "Our focus will be on addressing the unprecedented change underway in agriculture. Record commodity prices, large increases in land values and dramatic shifts in land ownership, are affecting us all in many ways," said Warner. "In addition to valuable information on timely topics, this will be an excellent opportunity to network with top agribusiness professionals from across the country." Ag Pro Outlook is open to the public and pre-registration will be available on-line in early August.
