ASFMRA offers farm program webinar

The American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers is offering a farm program webinar July 28 at 11 a.m., MDT. Hosted by veteran farm policy reporter and Agri-Pulse Editor Sara Wyant, you'll hear from two leading experts on the types of changes you can expect and learn what you'll be required to do differently when working with your clients on farm program details.

Allen H. Olson is an agricultural lawyer with Moore, Clarke, DuVall & Rodgers in Albany, Georgia. His practice is devoted primarily to representing farmers on federal farm program and crop insurance matters, including payment limitations planning, administrative appeals, and federal litigation. He also represents land owners in conservation easement transactions.

April Hall is an Agriculture Consultant with Kennedy and Coe in Kansas and works with clients throughout the United States with FSA related concerns including appeals, reorganizations and program integrity while assuring their tax, financial and estate planning needs are addressed. She also served on the Farm Bill Task Force assisting in the implementation of the 1996 Bill.

Sponsored in part by Monsanto, The Farm Program Webinar is open to the public and pre-registration is available on-line at: https://www1.gotomeeting.com/register/542813123 for $49.
