Ada livestock sales reportThe Southern Oklahoma Livestock Auction, Ada, Okla., reported receipts of 1,500 head Aug. 13, compared to 800 head last week and 1,188 head last year, according to the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture-USDA Market News, Oklahoma City, Okla. Compared to last week, feeder steers were steady to $3 higher. Feeder heifers were steady. Cattle were in medium to fleshy condition with average weigh-ups. The supply included 39% heifers and 38% over 600 pounds.
