Sioux Falls feeder pigs

The Sioux Falls feeder pig auction, Sioux Falls, S.D., reported receipts of 51 head Aug. 5, compared to 233 head two weeks ago and 1,380 head last year, according to the USDA-South Dakota Department of Agriculture Market News, Sioux Falls, S.D.

Not enough feeder pigs on offer to establish an accurate market trend however, a higher undertone was noted. All sales based on actual weight and by the head.

U.S. 1 to 2: 51 head, 96 lbs., 45.50.
