Clovis livestock sales reportThe Clovis Livestock Auction Co., Clovis, N.M., reported estimated receipts of 2,100 head Aug. 13, according to the USDA-New Mexico Department of Agriculture Market News, Clovis, N.M. Compared to last week, feeder steers under 600 pounds was $3 to $6 higher, over 600 pounds was $1 to $3 higher. Heifers were steady to $1 lower. Steers: Medium and large frame 1, 400 to 500 lbs., 126.00 to 133.00; package 501 lbs., 123.00; 600 to 650 lbs., 109.00 to 114.00; 700 to 800 lbs., 106.50 to 112.50.
