ProValue offers training opportunity for area supervisors

ProValue, LLC, a regional business and human resource consulting firm, announced it will be offering a training workshop for business leaders and managers. The workshop will focus on more effective ways of managing employees to help maximize productivity and ways to create a culture that attracts and retains the best talent.

The Successful Employee Management workshop takes an interactive approach to showing managers how to identify their own leadership style and learn techniques for creating a culture that attracts and retains high performance employees.
