Kemin AgriFoods North America, Des Moines, Iowa, has promoted Kristi Krafka to vice president of Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance and Quality Control.

Plant Health Care, Inc. (PHC), Pittsburgh, Penn., has promoted Greg Lewis to vice president, Corporate Development. In this position, Lewis' organization will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new technologies, product development and registrations, together with testing and licensing activities for PHC.

The Board of Directors of agrochemical companies Sipcam Agro USA, Inc. and ADVAN, LLC, Roswell, Ga., announced the appointment of Andy D. Lee as Chief Executive Officer of ADVAN and Sipcam Agro USA.

Jim Shafer has been named Director of Engineering for Roto-Mix, LLC, Dodge City, Kan.

AGCO Corporation, a worldwide manufacturer and distributor of agricultural equipment, celebrated as the 20,000th Challenger track tractor, model MT835B, rolls off the line. The tractor was built at the AGCO manufacturing facility in Jackson, Minn., and also marked a milestone for Challenger track tractors since being introduced in 1987. AGCO acquired the Challenger line from Caterpillar in 2002.

Renze Hybrids, Inc., Carroll, Iowa, a family owned, independent seed company, has hired Craig Williams to serve as operations manager.
