NEW NAME FOR Breed-Back FP

NEW NAME FOR Breed-Back FP--Beginning in the first quarter of 2008, the popular Boehringer Ingelheim Vetmedica Inc. Breed-Back FP reproductive vaccines family will be renamed Express FP--same vaccine, new name. Express FP 5, Express FP 10, Express FP 10-HS and Express FP 3-VL5 will offer cattle producers the same dependable protection against BVD Persistently Infected (PI) calves they've come to expect from the Breed-Back brand name, while bringing consistency to the Express product line. The Express FP product family, while under the Breed-Back label, is the first vaccine on the market with a label claim for "prevention of PI calves due to BVD Types 1 and 2." In addition, Boehringer Ingelheim Vetmedica is the only company that guarantees in writing PI-free calves when born from properly vaccinated cows. Additionally, the Express vaccine line has just received USDA-APHIS approval for use in whole-herd vaccination programs. For more information, call a local animal health professional or visit www.bi-vetmedica.com.
