MSGA promotes truck give-awayMontana The Montana Stockgrowers Association is giving one lucky member a 27-month lease on a 2007 Cummins Diesel Dodge truck, valued at $40,000. The truck will be given away at the MSGA Annual Convention on Dec. 15 in Billings. All MSGA Rancher, Supporting, and Young Stockgrower Members are eligible. New members that choose to join MSGA and who pay their dues by 9 p.m., on Dec. 13 will also be eligible to win the lease. If interested, existing members must submit an entry ticket no later than 9 p.m., on Dec. 13 to qualify. If you do not submit an entry ticket, you will not qualify. For every new member that an existing member signs up between now and Dec. 13, the existing member will be awarded one more chance to win the lease. Sponsors of the truck include; Lithia Dodge of Billings, Montana Stockgrowers Association, First Interstate Bank of Billings, Western Ranch Supply, Northern Ag Network, Pfizer Animal Health, WALCO Animal Health. The truck has made several appearances throughout the state already this fall. During "What the Hay" in Utica, Mont., on Sept. 9, the truck was proudly displayed between two MSGA hay sculptures. More than 6,000 people got the chance to see the truck roadside during the event. On Sept. 11 MSGA was present at the Miles City Livestock Commission Special Appreciation barbecue. Attendees got the chance to see the new Dodge Truck and sign up to win. Folks that have never been an MSGA member also took advantage of our fall introductory membership offer of $99. The offer is for brand new members only. They will receive one full year membership with MSGA including all of the benefits such as newsletters, producer alerts, magazines, and the Cattle Directory. They will also be a voting member for the year. The truck will also make appearances at the MT Angus Tour in Glendive on Sept. 19 and 20, as well as the Montana Team Roping Championships in Billings on Oct. 4 to 6, and will be featured at the NILE, Oct. 17 to 20.
