Apache livestock sales report
Stockman's Livestock Inc., Apache, Okla., reported receipts of 3,630 head Sept. 15, compared to 3,237 head last week and 2,997 head last year, according to the USDA-Oklahoma Department of Agriculture Market News, Oklahoma City, Okla. Compared to last week, feeder cattle and calves were $1 to $2 lower. Demand was good for all classes. Weigh-ups were average to full. The supply included 61% steers, 33% heifers, 5% bulls and 68% over 600 pounds.
