Ada livestock sales reportThe Southern Oklahoma Livestock Auction, Ada, Okla., reported receipts of 1,320 head Sept. 5, compared to 1,630 head last week and 2,300 head last year, according to the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture-USDA Market News, Oklahoma City, Okla. Compared to last week, feeder steers and heifers sold steady. Demand was good on all classes. Weigh-ups were average. Flesh conditions were medium. The supply included 43% heifers and 32% over 600 pounds.
