Bull riding challenge set for Nov. 16, 17

Nebraska

The National Professional Rodeo Association and Tom Dinsdale Chevrolet presents the Bud Light Bull Riding Challenge Nov. 16 and 17.

Each performance starts at 7:30 p.m., at the Heartland Events Center in Grand Island, Neb. Last year thousands of enthusiastic fans watched a world class professional bull riding event, and a bigger and better event is planned this year.

The NPRA will bring sports' toughest athletes onto the roughest playing field in America. Each night you will be at the edge of your seat with the most intense, bone-jarring 2 hours in sports--8 seconds at a time. A great event for the entire family to enjoy.

There will be 40 top ranked bull riders from across the nation in the qualifying round each night. To top off each night there will be a Top 10 Championship Round with the top 10 riders matched against 10 of the raunchiest, meanest bulls from several of the premier contractors in the nation. Including: Mosbrucker Rodeos of Mandan, N.D., Berger Rodeo Bulls (PBR contractor and Home of Little Yellow Jacket--3X PBR World Champion Bucking Bull) also of Mandan, and Shad Smith of Double S Bull Company, a PBR contractor from Iowa.

Tickets are on sale now at all Ticketmaster Outlets, www.ticketmaster.com, the Fonner Park Business Office, or charge by phone at 402-475-1212.

All seats are reserved and ticket pricing is as follows: Adult Reserved are $25 or $18 Day of Show and $22 or $15 in Advance. Children prices for ages 2 to 12 are half price. Kids ages 2 and under are admitted free.
