Watertown feeder cattle salesThe South Dakota Livestock Sales, Watertown, S.D., reported receipts of 775 head Oct. 24, according to the USDA-South Dakota Department of Agriculture Market News, Sioux Falls, S.D. Compared to two weeks ago, feeder cattle over 800 pounds were steady to $1 higher. No comparison was available for lighter feeders from two weeks ago. Feeder steers made up 75% of the sale, feeder heifers made up 25%, with 68% over 600 pounds.
