CHIPPER--Pequea
CHIPPER--Pequea, New Holland, Pa., introduces the CX-851 chipper. The compact chipper's 19-inch feed roller operates with tractor hydraulics and uses a control valve to regulate the roller speed for more efficient chipping. The CX-851's hydraulic feed system has a 22-inch feed height and 36-inch by 36-inch hopper opening that eats up branches without difficulty. The CX-851's feed control bar is easy to operate. With three positions--forward, stop and reverse--the controls act as a safety feature, permitting operators to remove branches without reaching into the chipper.
