Ogallala livestock sales
The Ogallala Livestock Auction Market, Ogallala, Neb., reported receipts of 5,100 head Nov. 15, compared to 3,450 head last year, according to the USDA-Nebraska Department of Agriculture Market News, Kearney, Neb. There was no comparison to last week, due to no feeder sale. Trends were active on all weights. Steers accounted for 53% and heifers 47% of the offering, with 31% over 600 pounds.
