Pratt 3 p.m. cattle salesThe Pratt Livestock Auction, Pratt, Kan., reported estimated receipts of 4,000 head, as of 3 p.m., Nov. 15, according to the Kansas Department of Agriculture-USDA Market News, Dodge City, Kan. Compared with last week, feeder steers and heifers at 300 to 600 pounds were not enough for a market test. Feeder steers at 600 to 1,000 pounds were steady to $1 higher on early sales, feeder heifers at 600 to 900 pounds were steady to $2 higher, and 900 to 1,000 pounds were $3 to $5 higher. Feeder steers: Medium and large frame 1, 10 head, 636 lbs., 109.50; 650 to 700 lbs., 109.00 to 112.00; 700 to 750 lbs., 110.00 to 111.60; 750 to 800 lbs., 108.75 to 112.75; 800 to 850 lbs., 109.85 to 112.85; 850 to 900 lbs., 109.00 to 110.10; 25 head, 902 lbs., 106.00; 15 head, 952 lbs., 100.00. Feeder heifers: Medium and large frame 1, 600 to 650 lbs., 103.50 to 106.75; 650 to 700 lbs., 102.75 to 105.50; 700 to 750 lbs., 101.85 to 105.85; 750 to 800 lbs., 101.00 to 104.60; 800 to 850 lbs., 101.60 to 104.25; 850 to 900 lbs., 98.00 to 102.00; 900 to 950 lbs., 97.00 to 101.00; 950 to 1000 lbs., 94.50 to 95.00.
